Yearly Ministry Theme

This year’s ministry theme is Mighty for God. As we study the Bible each year, we learn more about how to strengthen ourselves when we are bringing the prevailing Word to the world in our day and time. By utilizing a yearly theme, the ministry provides teachings that emphasize a particular topic from God’s Word which enables us to continue to increase in knowledge, in manifesting power, and in reaching out to others throughout the world.

For the 2012-2013 ministry year, we will focus on individuals in the Word who stood mightily for God in a variety of ways and on how we also can manifest God’s might. As we review these powerful Biblical records, we will find examples of positive role models to help remind us how we too can succeed in any situation. No matter what phase of life we are in (younger, older, single, married, mother, father, student, employee, leader, supporter, etc.), when we take a mighty stand on God’s Word by believing it and acting upon it, God will back us up with His might.

Today in the Grace Administration, born-again believers are strengthened with might by God’s spirit in the inner man because of what God accomplished through our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. The Word brought to life—from both the Old and New Testaments—will inspire us to continue to acknowledge and claim the power of God that we have in the inner man and to manifest it mightily in the face of any circumstance. One verse we can keep in the forefront of our minds and walk out on with boldness is:

Philippians 4:13:
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

We are mighty for God as we love Him, believe His promises, and reach out together to bring God’s prevailing Word to others around the world.
