Western Region’s 75 Years and Onward Day in the Word

The Way International’s Seventy-fifth Anniversary year continues to make an impact throughout our worldwide ministry. In The Way of the U.S.A., the Western Region enjoyed celebrating this momentous year with a 75 Years and Onward Day in the Word held on December 9, 2017, in Portland, Oregon. Believers from the states of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington were in attendance, along with the President of The Way International, Rev. Jean-Yves De Lisle.

This was the second 75 Years and Onward Day in the Word held in The Way of the U.S.A. Although it featured the same Word and the same love and celebrated the same ministry, the Western Region Meeting had its own unique flavor.

A Day in the Word is an occasion for like-minded believers to get together to fellowship around God’s Word. It’s a great time for them to be thankful for what God has done and will continue to do to bless and enrich their lives. During this meeting, three believers from three different states took the stage to tell others what the Word of God they learned in The Way Ministry has done for them. Their heartwarming stories reminded participants of the unique manner in which God leads us to the more abundant life.

Participants enjoyed plenty of quality time with one another throughout the day. New friends were made, and disciples were encouraged by the genuine love and fruit in one another’s lives. People got to know one another better, many by asking, “How did you come to the ministry?”

After attending this 75 Years and Onward Day in the Word, blessed participants returned to their home areas with hearts full of thankfulness and excitement.

Thank you to all those who served and celebrated with us at the
75 Years and Onward Western Region Meeting.
God bless you!
