Positions
Make an impact in a variety of employment positions! You’ll learn from industry professionals and be mentored by ministry leadership.
As a participant, you could
- work outdoors to enhance the beauty of our grounds,
- prepare delicious meals that bring people together
(work with our professional chef!), - set up for exciting events,
- paint and perform maintenance to keep our spaces vibrant, or
- clean and organize indoor areas to keep things fresh and welcoming.
Eligibility
The Seasonal Work Program is similar to a paid internship experience where you can explore career paths, gain valuable hands-on skills, and expand your professional network. You can also learn more about full-time Staff opportunities and The Way Corps leadership training program.
To be eligible, you must be
- a U.S. resident,
- at least 18 years old, and
- an Advanced Class graduate.
No experience is necessary.

Work Waves
The Seasonal Work Program offers four work-wave options. Choose the wave that best suits your summer plans. You can choose to work during multiple waves, mix and match your arrival and departure dates, or even stay for the whole length of the program!
The hours are 40/week for each wave. Click here to see a calendar view of the waves.

The fun continues after work hours. Enjoy Ohio’s best attractions, local events, and time with friends. You could even meet up with other believers at local home fellowships!

Staff Life
The Seasonal Work Program includes an orientation and your very own Staff nametag!
You can also
- join the Staff for noon meals and special meetings;
- attend the Sunday Teaching Service;
- study in our Library, which features Biblical research materials;
- take time for individual prayer in the Prayer Room and the House of His Healing Presence; and
- work out in our fully equipped Way Fitness 365 gym.
